Sports award for William Gregson

Stockport Table Tennis Academy junior, William Gregson, picked up a third place award at the Manchester Sports Awards - Junior achiever category.

The Manchester Sports Awards are held annually and recognise commitment, hard work and achievements of clubs, coaches, volunteers and athletes from the city’s sporting community. The awards were hosted by Olympic 400m bronze medallist Katharine Merry.
William Gregson is one of the region's most promising young table tennis players. His 2013 season highlights have included both league and tournament successes. William's league debut at just nine years old during the 2013 season made him the youngest-ever person to complete in the Manchester and District Table Tennis League.
